About us

After a career in the drinks industry Dan Connolly moved to Fife where, in 2010, he created Your Piece Baking Co. Supplying farm shops, delis and food halls with his award winning, handmade oatcakes, shortbread and breakfast cereals (www.yourpiecebakingcompany.com). 

During the Covid pandemic and the closure of many retail stores, his loyal customers found it difficult to source his products. Determined that his customers would not go hungry (“The oatcakes must get through!”) Dan started supplying his customers directly. Since the spring of 2020 more products have been added to the range. All excellent quality and created by dedicated, artisan producers.

Early in 2021 Fine Food From Scotland was created with one simple mission: to bring producers and their award winning products together in one, online, retail shop for people who understand excellent quality food.
