Awarded 2 Stars at The Great Taste Awards in 2023, this Scottish classic is definitely worth tasting! This was the next one to join their range and is extremely popular. They use the same recipe as the fudge, but this is cooked for longer and to a higher temperature which gives it a harder and more brittle texture but with a caramelised flavour. Ideal with tea and coffee or just on its own!
